My name Trenice Edwards aka Trena B. Real I'm a Actress / Standup Comedian born in Port Arthur, Tx. Raised in Norfolk, VA, and being the baby girl of a rather large family finding a creative way to get attention wasn't easy, I caught the acting bug at 9yrs old watching my oldest brother Floyd Edwards Jr. in his senior play.
After that I did my 1st play with Hurrah Players, playing the role of a playmate for slave owner's daughter . It was at that moment my imagination and reality became a new world to explore and adore. After spending weekends with my grandma Bernice Henry (Madear), I started watching her favorite TV shows like Love Boat, Good times,Shirley Temple, and began role playing with the neighborhood kids.
After losing my 1st love/child's father to murder a week before Christmas life changed forever. I came to NYC in the early 90's to be a road manager for Missy Elliot's group SISTA signed to Elektra Records/Swing Mob Productions. After experiencing a traumatic experience and witnessing the abuse & unprofessional mismanagement of artists, I left and became office manager at Three Boyz from Newark Productions, were I handle booking studio sessions and artist relations.
